League Rules

  1. The Team and I understand that the schedule games will not be Cancel or Replaced, with the exception of bad weather, field work, or an extreme emergency.
  2. The Team and I understand that If we miss a scheduled game, the team will lose the game by walkover.
  3. The Team and I understand that Players that can join in the game field will be a minimum of 8, and a maximum of 11.
  4. The Team and I understand that the minimum amount of players per team will be 21. As soon as we gather a number of 21 players the league will authorize to add 4 players more just in case a player gets injured or leaves the league. The New Player will understand that he will pay an additional registration fee of $60.00us even if he registers at the end of the league.
  5. The Team and I understand that there will be a period of 3 weeks after the league starts to exchange any player that gets injured or leaves the league with no additional fees.
  6. The Team and I understand that if the team or one of the players are involved in a fiscal fight, or verval death threat will be automatically suspended. The Team or player will need to leave the premises and the League. And the Team or Team Coach will be responsible to pay the penalty fee of $200.00us depending on the foul.
  7. The Team and I understand that if one of my players gets a RED CARD (B/C bad language, bad behavior or bad intentions etc…) he will need to step out of the field, and the foul will be REVIEW by the COMMITTEE that will decide (every time he gets this card $25.00us), and he will be suspended for one game each time he gets a RED card.
  8. The Team and I understand that the Team Captain will be responsible for taking care and show the REF. SHEET to the Referee in charge that day.
  9. The Team and I understand that they will pay $70.00us each game to referee services.
  10. The Team and I understand that this requirements are important:
    • In case of damage to the property of Church on the Rock, Katy or The British International School, should be reported and replaced.
    • The field must be returned in the same state in which it was given to you before the game.
    • The hallway, Futsal Gym or Outdoor Field must be returned clean. In case the hallway, Futsal Gym or Outdoor Field is found with trash (buttles, paper ect…) the team is obligated to pay a fee of $50.00us each team.
  11. The Team and I understand that NO ALCOHOL DRINKS OR DRUGS are permitted in any part of the Church or British School Facilities, including the Parking Lot. If anyone is found drinking or smoking at the building will be automatically suspended and he/she will have to leave the league and the premises and will not be able to re-register.
  12. The Team and I Understand that all my players must use the same uniform (Sox, T-shirt and Shorts), in case that a player dont have the same uniform he will have to step out of the Turf Soccer Field, and will no be able to play until he gets the correct uniform.
  13. The Team and I Understand that any final decisions will be discussed with the K&M REVIEW COMMITTEE (discrepancy, B/C of the referees, player or team).
  14. The Team and I understand that the first game will be on time at 9:15pm and end at 11:15pm.
  15. The Team and I understand that the Referee will start on time AND WILL NOT WAIT for teams to be ready to play. The Referee will whistle to start the game, and time will continue and won’t stop.
  16. The Team and I understand that we will not be able to add new players at Semi-Finals or end of the championship.
  17. The Team And I understand that if I bring an underage player there will be a captain penalty of $150.00us plus the team will lose by forfeit (3-0). And if the second occurrence happened the captain penalty will be of $200.00, and will be disqualifying for the final.
  18. I as a Captain understand that the Captains Chat is for constructive and special opinions. If I have a question about any scores, small errors, personal games etc..
    I’ll do it on the private Chat or text to K&M Soccer League.
  19. Due to Covid-19, I understand that as a Captain I will need to take care of the health of my players:
    • Players (Sub-Area) must have a 6ft of social distance and must wear a mask.
    • Players must respect distance with the Referee on the field as well as out of the field.
    • Players understand that touching the referee will not be allowed.
    • Players understand that as soon the game is finished, they will automatically leave the premises (Remember that it’s not a social committee reunion, it’s a soccer game).
    • Teams will carry hand sanitizers just to keep clean hands (Just for safety).

VERY IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER:

  • SLIDE TACKLES are not allowed in any of the games. PLEASE remember all of us go to work the next day. PLUS we want to maintain clean games.
  • If one of your players is infected with covid-19 this player will not be able to return after 10 days, in addition, an official letter showing that he is negative of covid-19.
  • If a player is positive of Covid-19 and plays one of the scheduled games, all team and against team will have to take a covid-19 test. And the league will have to stop until everybody is safe. So please remember to think about others and not YOURSELF, you can make the difference plus covid-19 is not a game is REAL!

By reading this; I understand and pass the rules and policies of K&M Inter. Soccer League to all my players. In addition, I will take full responsibility for all the K&M Inter. Soccer League rules I just read!
